英国政府は12月13日に、2024年のYMS（Youth Mobility Scheme）は先着順に変更となることを発表しました。

You no longer need to enter the ballot if you’re a Japanese or South Korean national. From 31 January 2024, you can apply at any time on our website.（参照：GOV.UK）

この変更は枠が6,000名に増えたことによる変更の可能性が高く、申請は2024年1月31日以降から可能のようです。
